Senior Product Manager, Construction Financials

About the Role:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Construction Financials, serving construction owners and general contractors.
• Lead customer discovery and rapid concept testing to strengthen product-market fit.
• Partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver and iterate.

What You'll Bring:

• 4–7 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products.
• Experience building B2B software that simplifies complex customer workflows.
• Comfort working in evolving areas with incomplete information and fast iteration.

What Success Looks Like:

• Recognized as the product owner with an evidence-backed point of view on customer needs.
• Shipped at least one meaningful product improvement with measurable impact.
• Established a consistent discovery and concept-testing process.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $135,000 - $200,000 USD per year.
