Drive the success of product sales efforts by building relationships with nonprofits. The Director of Client Success will partner with the Growth Team to execute product sales strategies and build strong, lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include tracking progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals; leveraging a nonprofit network; working with the Finance Team; building sales reporting structures; developing systems for smooth execution and growth; presenting product information to the Accounts Team; maintaining a resource library; and supporting business development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, client management, and project management with excellent communication and organizational skills.
