As a Solutions Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for providing world class pre-sales technical support to the sales team. Working directly with customers you will be the subject matter expert on customer experience management and QM. You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations that directly address customer pain and emphasize QMβs industry leading CXM solutions. During the sales cycle, you will lead the proof of concepts, demonstrating Quantum Metricβs ability to meet and exceed customer requirements, often in the customerβs production environment.
Pre-sales technical support by developing product demonstrations and POCs. Provide technical strategy in partnership with Account Executives. Travel up to 25% within North America and LATAM. You might write white papers, assist building the online help, author training guides, etc.
