Oil & Gas Title Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct title examinations and draft opinions to determine ownership and identify defects for oil and gas properties.
• Perform due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, providing guidance on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as leases and operating agreements to protect client interests.

Position Requirements:

• Hold a Juris Doctor degree and an active license with at least one year of experience drafting Oklahoma title opinions.
• Possess familiarity with preparing large division order ownerships and a strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a passion for professional growth and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
