Job Description

Manage and monitor the operational performance of enterprise applications to ensure availability and reliability. Oversee critical incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption. Collaborate with IT, product development, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements. Develop and implement best practices for application monitoring, issue escalation, and support processes. Ensure timely deployment of updates, patches, and releases with minimal impact on production systems. Lead efforts to optimize application support workflows, documentation, and performance analytics. Provide management reports on system performance, incident trends, and operational metrics.
