Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
- Obtain and document pre-authorization and retro-certification.
- Communicate with Utilization Management and refer patients to Financial Counselors.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 2 years' equivalent experience.
- 1.5 years of related healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement rules.
Schedule:
- Fully remote, rotating shifts between 7-3:30pm and 8-4:30pm.
- Weekend work every 4th weekend, 40 hours/week.
