Job Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance eligibility for all patient types using online systems and phone calls.
- Input and update insurance information, identify primary/secondary coverage, and manage COB order.
- Coordinate pre-authorizations with Utilization Management for scheduled and emergent patients.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with 1.5 years of related healthcare experience.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn 10+ software systems within 90 days.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
