- Own the longitudinal patient record, the foundation for every Counterpart product and AI tool.
- Partner with engineering, clinical, and data teams to set the product vision and roadmap.
What you will own:
- Define product strategy, data representation, and rules for combining clinical sources into a trusted record.
- Drive adoption of canonical data and retire duplicate versions across products.
- Use AI to accelerate data validation and expand what the record can support.
What success looks like:
- The record becomes more complete, accurate, and timely, with measurable gains.
- Products adopt the shared record, reducing one-off work and improving downstream outcomes.
You should get in touch if:
- You have 8+ years of product management experience with data platforms or shared data products.
- You have deep healthcare data knowledge and have led cross-functional teams through influence.
