Role Overview:
- Support execution of enterprise conference & event schedule
- Coordinate communications with vendors and asset suppliers
- Organize logistics for trade shows and conferences
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Event Marketing Plan doc and create Slack channels for each conference
- Register sales reps in show dashboards and send calendar invites
- Order material handling, labor, electrical, and ship banners & swag
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and operationally minded
- Part-time/contract role up to 10 hours per week
- Remote in Eastern or Central timezone, preference for NYC or Chicago candidates
