Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

• The Delivery Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of a small to moderately complex product line or work stream.
• This role partners with Product Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery plans are well-defined and outcomes are achieved predictably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to provide delivery insights and maintain alignment on goals.
• Identify and communicate risks and impediments, facilitating resolution and escalation as needed.
• Provide visibility into delivery progress through structured reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience leading delivery in a software or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps delivery models with knowledge of SDLC and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with experience managing delivery scope and timelines.
