Job Description
Ensure operations run smoothly and that all the processes are optimized, internally and externally. The main responsibility of this role is to manage data and reporting, give the needed support to different departments within the company, and identify operational issues and potential concerns. The role focuses on improving the overall efficiency of the company. Based on research and analysis, make presentations and reports that support the recommended solutions to the identified problems and concerns. Analyze performance results and promote optimizations in order to get the best conversion rates possible. Work closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as transactions information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (Audit, BackOffice, etc)
