About the Role:
- Junior Accountant/AP Specialist handling daily AP operations and supporting close and audit.
- Reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and collaborates across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Process invoices, issue virtual cards, manage vendor records, and prepare bank/wire payments.
- Track deadlines, resolve vendor inquiries, and assist with reconciliations and audit support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, accruals/GL coding knowledge, and Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive communicator who keeps financial data confidential.
