Senior Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Own the preparation and execution of revenue close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Apply ASC 606 to revenue arrangements, research accounting questions, and escalate complex matters.
• Analyze monthly revenue results, identify trends and risks, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Partner with Strategic Finance, Operations, and Legal to support accurate revenue recognition.

90 Day Plan:

• Take independent ownership of recurring revenue close activities and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and understand revenue systems.
• Identify at least one process improvement or automation opportunity.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of relevant experience; CPA preferred.
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge and ability to own revenue processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or reporting tools like NetSuite, Zuora, or Looker.
