About the Role:
- Help build grassroots base and organizing operation in Northeast Ohio.
- Support legislative, policy, and electoral campaigns.
- Drive program to recruit, develop, and support members and volunteer leaders.
Essential Duties:
- Organize events for 2026 election cycle, including phone banks and canvassing.
- Build relationships with individual activists and allied organizations.
- Manage contact lists and maintain up-to-date records in database.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of organizing experience.
- Ability to train and develop volunteer leaders.
- Excellent communication and political judgment.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Full-time temporary position through November 19, 2026.
- Remote role requiring in-person meetings and events in assigned regions.
- Salary range $53,600-$70,900 per year.
