About the Role:
- Ensure clinical resources meet quality standards as a Clinical QA Specialist.
- Support QA and training teams to deliver excellent quality and productivity outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Complete overread of chases for coders and assist in onboarding QA processes.
- Communicate coding error trends and help create action plans to mitigate discrepancies.
- Maintain quality checks, track scores, and analyze report trends.
Qualifications:
- AHIMA/AAPC coding certificate with 5+ years of coding experience.
- Expertise in Medicare/Commercial Risk Adjustment and HCC.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro skills.
