Business Operations Associate

We’re seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of our operations team. In this role, you will drive process improvements, contribute to business reporting and insights, and help optimize workflows across clinical and administrative functions. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams- including clinical, support, product, and engineering - to ensure our operations are efficient, data-informed, and patient-centered. Key Responsibilities include analyzing current workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement, scalability, and automation; working with clinical, support, and technical teams to solve operational bottlenecks and streamline inter-team processes; developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor KPIs, task completion, and service quality metrics; auditing task accuracy and process adherence; and maintaining up-to-date SOPs
