About the Role:
- We are building an AI-native BI platform for multifamily, moving beyond traditional dashboards.
- This is a 0-to-1 role, from customer conversation to shipped product with rapid iteration.
What You'll Do:
- Own the AI Business Intelligence product line end to end, including discovery, positioning, and launch.
- Decide where models belong in the experience and where they don’t, making judgment calls for genuine AI-nativity.
- Ship fast, write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work side-by-side with designers and engineers.
What We're Looking For:
- Builder mentality with 9+ years in product management at a high-growth startup, including at least one 0-to-1 product.
- Fluency in customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into clear product direction.
- Experience with LLMs and a bias to action over perfection.
