Scope of Work:
- Map and evaluate every step of GFC's grantmaking process in Salesforce, from due diligence to closeout.
- Identify unnecessary burden for staff and partners, ensuring alignment with trust-based values.
- Recommend process improvements and Salesforce changes to reduce cycle time and administrative load.
Deliverables:
- A current-state process map of GFC's grantmaking workflow in Salesforce.
- A findings memo summarizing strengths, pain points, and risks from staff and partner input.
- A set of prioritized, actionable recommendations and a recommended team structure.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in grantmaking operations within a foundation or philanthropic intermediary.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce for grantmaking, including Nonprofit Success Pack.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and clear communication skills.
