Impact:
- Manage specific regional territories to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Grow the customer base by increasing full funnel customer acquisitions.
- Coordinate regular account visits with revenue team, dispensary clients, and brand clients to facilitate retail appreciation days.
Responsibilities:
- Execute culturally relevant strategies and programs supporting clients, customers, and the industry.
- Manage a marketing budget and tailor regional plans to maximize field market spend.
- Drive collaborative strategic partnership programs within multiple categories such as Entertainment, Fashion, and Sports.
Event Production:
- Manage all aspects of event production including agreement negotiation, planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Handle logistics such as permitting, shipping, load-in/out, and staff management.
- Prepare pre and post event reporting and ensure all stakeholders are trained to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
- 7 years experience in marketing or related management role.
- Knowledgeable of cannabis marketing best practices and able to travel up to 80%.
