New Engagement Manager, DaaS

At Snorkel AI, they are redefining how enterprises build and deploy machine learning applications with programmatic data labeling and powerful LLM-adaptive data pipelines. As an Engagement Manager, you will serve as the primary partner for assigned DaaS customers, lead meetings, and manage expectations and relationships from project kick-off through ongoing production with various stakeholders (including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders). You will champion the customers’ success, navigate complex delivery challenges, and help scale Snorkel AI's DaaS business. Responsibilities include to manage delivery of complex datasets, meeting quality, scope, and SLA expectations, guide customers from pilot to production, securing long-term commitments and collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
