Project Execution & Leadership:
- Manage overall project execution from late-stage development through commercial operation.
- Coordinate with internal Development and Engineering teams on permitting, design, and technical requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, execution plans, and risk registers.
Procurement & Contracting:
- Lead project-specific procurement for engineering, construction, and equipment supply contracts.
- Coordinate with legal to align commercial terms and risk allocation.
- Manage RFP processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Construction & Commissioning:
- Oversee construction activities including mobilization, safety, and schedule.
- Resolve field issues and ensure QA/QC meets company standards.
- Lead commissioning planning, readiness, testing, and system turnover.
Risk, Compliance & Safety:
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
- Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and schedule risks.
- Ensure compliance with permits, interconnection, and regulatory requirements.
