This role is part of the New Business Department, which is responsible for driving new revenue growth. The company showcases the flagship product, LandInsight as go-to tool for site sourcing. Reporting to the Head of New Business, this is a 100% new business acquisition role to source, prospect, qualify, present and close new business.
You will be selling βLandInsightβ and responsible for driving revenue and customer growth, helping customers achieve their land acquisition and development goals!
As part of the New Business team you will:
Drive lead generation and prospecting through multi channels - cold calls, emails, networking, social media.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a strong sales pipeline to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
Deliver confident and compelling prospect discovery, identifying and understanding challenges then implementing solutions for success.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, Product on platform development and innovation, and the Customer Growth team on smooth and seamless onboarding.
Continuously learn and keep up to date on industry trends, product knowledge and competitors to enhance sales positioning and establish yourself as an expert for land acquisition technology.
Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with accurate information across all sales activities to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
