- Own the vision and management of benefit plan designs and the insurance portfolio to build market differentiation.
- Manage the annual benefit plan update cycle, updating plans and grids, and work with analytics to monitor product performance.
Market and Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the level-funded commercial insurance space.
- Prioritize product enhancements cross-functionally and develop KPIs and dashboards for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Partner with sales and marketing to communicate product value propositions and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all insurance products and drive alignment across actuarial, underwriting, and technology teams.
