Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Weave’s Scheduling Platform.
Lead product discovery for platform-related problems by exploring emerging technologies and identifying new capabilities.
Partner with internal product teams to understand needs and identify common opportunities for platform improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

5+ years of product management experience with ownership of a technical product area, platform, or integrations.
Strong product judgment to define reusable capabilities and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
Strong execution skills to drive complex cross-functional work from problem definition through delivery.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong empathy for platform consumers, informed by prior ownership of customer-facing features.
Experience with scheduling, booking, or workflow systems and integration-heavy products spanning multiple data sources.
Familiarity with AI-powered products, data pipelines, and distributed systems concepts.
