- Develop and communicate the strategic direction and goals of the practice.
- Partner with leadership to build annual OKRs and drive accountability.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor Practice Managers who oversee project managers, consultants; solution architects, developers, and team leads.
- Provide guidance and support across the practice, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and optimize team utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Financial Ownership:
- Own the financial performance of the practice, including revenue targets and profitability.
- Manage utilization goals, and cost management.
