Job Description
Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and client service for our client’s Shopper Marketing program. This role will partner with CPG brand clients, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed, reporting is accurate, and deliverables are met on time. The Senior Account Manager will be highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive in solving client and workflow challenges.
Client Management Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand partners, ensuring consistent communication and trust. Proactively manage campaign deliverables and anticipate client needs before issues arise. Contribute to strategic conversations about campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
Operational Efficiency Oversee campaign set-up, trafficking, and reporting with exceptional attention to detail. Maintain process consistency across campaign workflows, leveraging project management tools. Identify workflow inefficiencies and partner with internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with analytics, planning, creative, and activation teams to ensure campaign objectives are met. Interpret client requests and translate them into actionable deliverables for internal teams. Actively participate in internal and external calls, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Growth & Development Support the Associate Director and Director in identifying upsell opportunities. Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning and applying industry knowledge.
