Coding Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

Team Leadership & Oversight:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Specialists.
• Establish team goals, monitor productivity, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Quality Audits & Compliance:

• Oversee and perform comprehensive QA reviews for coding from internal and external sources.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM guidelines and risk adjustment models.
• Support payer audits (RADV, Medicare, Commercial) as a subject matter expert.

SOP Development & Vendor Management:

• Design and maintain standard operating procedures and audit workflows.
• Evaluate third-party vendor accuracy against SLAs and drive corrective actions.
• Translate audit findings into targeted education for internal staff and vendors.
