Responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and improve professional billing coding and CDI processes across the organization.
- Lead coding, audit education, and CDI teams while ensuring performance and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training and feedback to strengthen coding and documentation practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; RHIT certification required; RHIA and coding credentials preferred.
- At least 8 years in hospital or professional coding and 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of coding compliance, reimbursement, and healthcare regulations.
