Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of coders, allocating work and setting performance expectations.
- Serve as escalation point for complex coding scenarios, documenting trends and implementing coaching.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor backlog, and ensure compliance with coding guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-6 years of revenue cycle management experience, including physician collections and denial management.
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and payer guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range $105,000 - $145,000 USD per year.
