Job Summary:
- CommonSpirit Health seeks a Manager for Revenue Cycle Inpatient Coding to oversee coding teams, ensure compliance, and improve processes.
- The role involves strategic planning and collaboration across departments to maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage coding team performance and KPIs including DNFC and coding accuracy.
- Act as liaison between CDI, physicians, and financial services to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans for remote teams.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in HIM or related field and 5 years management experience.
- Experience with remote teams and process improvement strategies.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, inpatient coding experience, and trauma center background.
