Unit Leader - Property (Large Loss Homeowners) Claims

The Unit Leader – Property (Large Loss Homeowners) Claims position reports to the Property Claims Manager and is responsible for leading a high-performing team of claims specialists handling complex, high-severity, and litigated homeowners claims across the U.S. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional claims outcomes, controlling indemnity and expense leakage, and delivering a frictionless, member-first experience - even in the most challenging claim scenarios. This is a remote-native position and may be based anywhere in the U.S., with Ohio or Arizona strongly preferred. Occasional travel to Columbus, OH (HQ) is expected. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of adjusters, overseeing technical quality and claim strategy, driving best practices, and partnering with internal teams to refine coverage interpretations and defense strategies.
