Recruit and schedule interviews with respondents for market research projects in the Nordic and Benelux regions.
Build and maintain panel member relationships through phone and email to achieve registration and engagement targets.
Handle respondent inquiries and troubleshoot issues while ensuring high-quality support and data quality.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Dutch and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and social media tools.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and investigative abilities and the ability to ask probing questions.

Additional Information:

Working hours shift rotation between 09:00-17:30 and 10:00-18:30 CET, Monday to Friday.
This is a remote position with a requirement for Dutch language proficiency.
