About the Role:
- Own the enterprise surface of Common Room focusing on capabilities for the largest, most complex customers.
- Partner with enterprise AEs, CSMs, engineers, and designers.
- Work spans from new agent workflows to hardening enterprise buyer needs.
What you'll achieve:
- Define enterprise product strategy for retaining large customers.
- Ship AI agent workflows for GTM work: enrichment, prioritization, outreach.
- Own enterprise customer relationships and translate insights into product bets.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- 6+ years in product management shipping enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Track record of going 0-to-1 on a meaningful surface.
- Fluency with AI products and LLM-powered features.
