The primary functions of this position are to review background checks for acceptance or rejection according to company guidelines, auditing closed employment requisitions and/or other Human Resources procedures to comply with both internal procedures and/or federal and state laws. This position now functions as the back up to the Pre-Employment supervisor and is responsible for assisting with the I-9 compliance program.
This position serves as the back-up to the I-9 compliance coordinator and provides administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed. Experience with DOT is preferred.
Additional responsibilities include conducting monthly audits, preparing reports, entering data, executing company-wide e-verify process, and responding to field inquiries regarding I-9 completion and compliance.
