Job Description
The People Administrator will create employee lifecycle documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and termination letters. They will support employee/industrial relations documentation related to absence, performance, disciplinary actions, grievances, and redundancy. Maintenance of employee records will involve updating the HR database (Sage), Peakon, and Insiders Academy, ensuring compliance and accurate filing.
This role also handles onboarding administration, HR document creation, induction assistance, and background checks. They administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate provider data and enrolment. Support is provided to managers and employees for HR queries, managing the HR inbox and ensuring timely responses. Further responsibilities include supporting the employee performance appraisal process and providing guidance on policy and process. They will understand local employment law, support safer recruitment practices, and assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting. Managing HR tasks to ensure processes run smoothly and are audit-ready is also part of the role.
