Job Description
This Customer Support Specialist role at Gcore involves first-line support, handling customer and internal user requests through various channels. The role requires providing consultations about products and services like Cloud, Hosting, AI, and CDN. Resolving technical issues involves providing technical diagnostics and gathering incident information, escalating to higher support levels when needed. The two possible schedules are day or night shifts; in any shift, you will work two consecutive shifts, followed by two days off. The day shift runs from 09:00 to 21:00 local time, totalling 11 hours of work time, and a 1-hour break. The night shift runs from 21:00 to 09:00 local time, totalling 11 hours of work time, and a 1-hour break.
