Job Description
As a Sales Support Specialist at Salelytics, you will play a key role in enabling the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will directly support 2–3 sales representatives by managing product information and ensuring data accuracy within our systems. The main areas of focus are: Product Data Management, Sales Team Support, Reporting & Data Validation, Communication & Collaboration.
Essential Duties:
Participate in the activities involved in providing quality support and reporting services to assigned internal/external departments. Monitor data & update sales performance through sales tracking tools and other performance KPI’s. Communicate directly with customers throughout order process. Complete set up of new items, displays, promotions, and execution of price changes. Update and maintain internal/external systems with detailed and accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales data. Support the assigned sales team with other administrative tasks as requested. Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with the client and customers. Escalate to leadership any situation outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided.
