Talent Acquisition Analyst

The Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s hiring strategy through deep market research, data-driven insights, and strategic talent mapping. The analyst will support the ST6 recruiting team in sourcing strategy and sourcing execution of top talent for key positions. This role is designed for a highly analytical individual who excels at identifying top talent, leveraging industry intelligence, and optimizing sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at using research tools and databases to build a pipeline of high-potential candidates that align with business needs. The analyst proactively sources and attracts top talent through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for key hiring needs. Also, they conduct market research and leverage internal and external data sources to identify, attract, and engage top talent for our organization.
