Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is a key leader within apiphani’s growing Global Enterprise Operations organization. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and business growth responsibilities. The individual will oversee complex SAP,non-SAP and technology  migrations, upgrades, consulting and transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives and client outcomes. Oversee planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic clients, building trusted relationships at executive and operational levels. Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and maximize the value of apiphani’s solutions. Partner with clients to shape roadmaps and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery strategy. Manage overall client satisfaction, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service delivery performance.
