Member Meet-Up Program:
- Recruit and onboard members to organize local meet-ups.
- Coordinate outreach, event communications, and RSVP management.
- Maintain program documentation and contact lists.
Member Community Management:
- Monitor comments and DMs across Virta's social channels.
- Respond to member conversations in a warm, on-brand voice.
- Track social care cases and escalate support issues.
Member Stories & Advocacy:
- Identify members with compelling health journeys for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate outreach, waivers, and approvals directly with members.
- Maintain an internal library of member stories and testimonial assets.
Contract Details:
- Part-time, 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.
- Hourly rate of $45-50, depending on location and experience.
- Remote-first role with no geographic restrictions within US.
