Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Leader to grow and manage the sales funnel for Trexo Home Devices β€” starting in Canada, with the potential to expand into new markets. This is our first hire in this role, and you will play a key part in shaping our sales strategy. You will lead and coach a small sales team while staying hands-on in the sales process yourself. Working closely with marketing and customer support, you will help align strategy, stay ahead of market trends, and drive long-term growth. You will achieve sales targets and expand market presence. You'll manage and coach a small team of Sales Representatives, supporting their success through regular feedback and performance tracking. You will be expected to optimize sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM usage, and reporting workflows. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective customers and referral sources. Finally, you will monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
