Senior Payroll Analyst

As Senior Payroll Analyst, you’ll process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities, including complex pay calculations, adjustments, deductions, compensation updates, employee status changes, address/work location changes, and wage garnishments. You will also execute time and attendance processing, ensuring seamless integration with payroll systems. Further responsibilities include reviewing payroll outputs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as well as responding to employee inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues. You'll support payroll tax compliance, including responding to tax notices, maintaining unemployment tax rates, coordinating new state tax registrations, assisting with timely filings and remittances, and staying current on U.S. payroll regulations. Also, you will assist with payroll audits, reporting, employment verifications, administrative tasks, special projects, process improvements, documentation, and updates to payroll procedures.
