Job Description
Functional expert with Master Data Management (MDM) packaged software. Lead and coordinate software implementation projects while following best-practice processes. Provide planning, installation, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of Stibo STEP MDM. Manage and troubleshoot data loads, integrations, workflows, and batch processes within Stibo STEP MDM. This includes expertise with the Stibo packages that support corporate MDM functions. Proactively monitor the health, performance, and capacity of the Stibo STEP MDM platform. Perform regular system checks, health checks, and preventative maintenance activities. Work with business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency within the MDM system. Manage user security within Stibo STEP MDM, adhering to company policies. Analyze business processes and systems processes. Recommend improvements that use standard software and processes. Participate in implementations. Provide knowledge transfer to non-expert level team members as needed. Demonstrate, train, and drive solutions across the company’s facilities. Implement controls compliant with business and regulatory standards.
