Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and deliver state-of-the-art leadership and organisation development programs and formats for DT’s leaders across global footprint, focusing on leadership, transformation, culture.
  • Partner with customers, stakeholders, and providers to define development measures and initiatives for growth.
  • Track and measure success of leadership development initiatives, prepare reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in leadership development including program planning and delivery for executives.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects with stakeholder reporting.
