Job Description

Client Implementations:

Serve as the main contact for onboarding new clients.
Manage complex cap table migrations ensuring accurate configuration.
Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their cap table structure.

Equity Administration:

Help clients implement and manage equity plans.
Provide guidance on data integrity and vesting schedules.
Ensure compliance in equity administration processes.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Investigate data integrity issues within the platform.
Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
Address complex challenges affecting platform functionality
