Job Description

As a Support Professional at Ontic, your responsibilities include maintaining and responding to support tickets in Ontic's help desk system, owning a wide variety of client requests from start to finish, and creating and improving internal and external support documentation. You'll act as a liaison between clients and development to resolve difficult technical issues, report on metrics related to client issues, and work cross-functionally with Client Success Managers, Product Managers, and development teams. You will be a client-facing representative of Ontic, ensuring professionalism and understanding the needs of our clients while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset. This role requires working full-time on weekends following a Wednesday through Sunday work week and alignment with PST Time Zone / West Coast business hours.
