As Customer Service Rep II, you will be responsible for processing death claims, payout and modify future payments by responding inquiries by annuitants. These inquiries may come in via mail, fax, or telephone and may require direct interaction with the annuitant / client and may require follow-up to missing or inaccurate information. You will work with a significant degree of independence and will need to exhibit good judgment and a thorough understanding of Structured Settlement procedures and philosophies. Responsibilities include handling high priority requests, responding to correspondence, processing participant change requests, and maintaining benefits.
