Workspace Solution Architect

The Google Workspace Solutions Workspace Solution Architect is a strategic hybrid technical expert, blending solution architecture and hands-on delivery. This role is responsible for the complete customer lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning and technical demonstrations to post-sales implementation. This expert orchestrates complex, large-scale Google Workspace and change management transformations, ensuring technology adoption translates directly into quantifiable business value and operational efficiency.

Pre-Sales and Solutioning: Lead the most complex, multi-faceted pre-sales engagements, crafting bespoke solution architectures that integrate Google Workspace with existing enterprise systems and ISV solutions. Drive the commercial scoping and technical validation for multi-million dollar deals, partnering with Sales to prepare and deliver customer pitches and solution proposals.

Delivery and Consulting: Drive the technical execution of post-sales engagements, including solution transitions and platform migrations. Oversee and drive the technical strategy for large-scale platform migrations and enterprise-wide Google Workspace deployments, ensuring flawless execution and sustained user adoption.

Offering Development and Partner Engagement: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, actively working with the Offerings Manager to develop and scale new service offerings and intellectual property around the Google Workspace platform.

Thought Leadership and Customer Enablement: Define and champion the 3-5 year digital workplace roadmap for enterprise clients, aligning Google Workspace investments with core business objectives.
