Technical Program Manager I

• The Technical Program Manager I supports the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized technical projects.
• This role works under guidance of senior program managers while collaborating with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other planning ceremonies to ensure work is properly organized and prioritized.
• Track project progress using established tools and prepare status updates for stakeholders.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical program management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Agile project frameworks such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban and experience with tools like Jira or MS Project.
