AP Manager

What You'll Do:

• Take complete ownership of the AP lifecycle, building the function from scratch across 15+ entities.
• Handle day-to-day operations including invoice processing, credit card coding, and payment runs.
• Design and implement system integrations, workflows, and internal controls using NetSuite, Ramp, and Pleo.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of dedicated AP experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp, and a track record of building or scaling AP functions.
• Strong knowledge of VAT treatment and compliance for European entities, plus exceptional English communication skills.
